Medium ruby and great concentration, medium aroma intensity and pickle and gamey and mushroom, coffee bean, tobacco leaves, truffle and chocolate, jammy and medium tannin, high acidity and long lasting. — 4 years ago
Cherry cream, toffee, tobacco at first. Well rounded. After 15 minutes or so, sweet spices and wet forest leaves. — 7 years ago
Solid burg, needed about 30-45 min to open up but revealed nice floral and woodsey aromas wrapped in cherry stone and red fruits — 3 years ago

2015 - the synthetic cork surprised me - took a few minutes to open - bright fruit good intensity put it in a cool dark spot — 7 years ago
Crazy good village GC Burg! Best slightly chilled. Red fruit, smooth but muscular. With a distinct spice box on the finish and enough acidity to still be refreshing. — 8 years ago
Took about 90 minutes to open up, this one has ages ahead of it. Biodynamicly farmed, naturally fermented and unfiltered. Aged in 40% new oak. Delicate red fruits, not the most concentrated but in harmony with medium acidity and silky tannins. — 3 years ago
