Puligny-Montrachet Chardonnay

Peach, brown butter and some white pepper. Past peak but not too tired. Found at a NYC retailer on sale and not bad for the price/experience.

Little young, little too cold. Still awesome.

Massive chardonnay nose, oaky yet refined. Amazing acidity at the end...very impressive.
Paired with sea bass, caviar and champagne-sauce

Finally getting there! Laid these guys down for 2 years and it’s in the zone now. Balance and integrated and great acid. With Cerasulo in Artesia.

Long finish rich

This 2017 Puligny from Boillot was still a youngster but it shows some great potential. This vintage is between 2007 and 2011 and I loved the fine acidity.
