Thésée La Romaine A Sauvignon

Pale lemon in colour. Notes of passion fruit. Little or zero oak influence. From an organic producer - A new world take on an old world Sauvignon Blanc. By the glass in an Asian restaurant in Fortitude Valley. Refreshing drinking. A bottle would disappear quickly in a group.

Pale lemon in colour. Appley Citrus with a riper touch of passion fruit and touch of oak. A new world take on an old world Sauvignon Blanc Light to medium bodied with medium intensity. On the palate notes of guava and pear. Overall quite refreshing in a lovely beach side setting in northern NSW. Minimal cellaring future if at all.

What a surprising find! Stone and citrus on the nose with definite citrus notes with an almost syrupy mouth feel. Wish I had bought more of this!

Great Sav Blanc found at Wine Library; pale in color, medium acid, aromas of white flowers & crisp fruit

Decent Sauvignon Blanc. Citrus, but a bit heavy for my taste.

Pretty French savvy blanc ... in a good way

Gooseberry, sea shell, lemon, grass. Quite fresh on the nose.

Honeydew melon, grass, lemon, lime and lingering pear. Med+ acidity with a touch of mineral bitterness.

Lovely, clean, zippy sauv blanc. Where's my goat cheese salad?!

Phenomenal everyday wine! Delicious with a strong appricot flavor. Sweet with a hint of tart flavor. Light and enjoyable!

I don’t normally like white wine but this is pretty smooth.

Crushed limestone, grapefruit pith, hay, and green melon. Vibrant on the palate with underripe pear. Mid-palate shows limestone and flint, transitioning into a soft, but shorter finish. Solid QPR. #garyveewineclub
