Stony-steely yesterday, a little patience reveals a lady of considerable refinement, with lemon softness coming to the fore. The truncated and almost wholly muted boa became expansive with pansy and peonies, the minerality gaining strata, and pairing with a range of flavors. Semillon-esque but with a 10 foot backbone. Glad I waited.

Apple, pear, peach, citrus, honeysuckle, minerals. Tart lemon on the palate. Medium body, crisp acidity. Best if you allow it to breathe for a bit.
