Light yellow-gold; quiet Chablis nose with white flower, lemon and peach; silky texture, plenty of acid, more lemon and mineral on the palate with a persistent, sharp finish. No longer primary, put away. Hans Kong Kælder has a nice list and knowledgeable staff.

Still so young. Lemon, stone fruits, crushed rock, saline, I like its elegance & finesse with bracing acidity in an austere & linear style.
