Wow wow wow. Did not expect to like this nearly as much as I did. Slight matchstick faded as lemon curd and panna cotta came from the glass. High acid was metered by a lucious rich mouthfeel. Lemon and grapefruit on the finish. Drank wonderfully.

Hint of oak on the nose. Concentrated and long. Acid makes its presence felt on the front palate before mouth coating white and yellow orchard fruit flavors wash over the palate. Richer style, not as lean or citric as a typical Chablis.
