Intense focus and power on the nose. Bruised apple, quince, honey, jasmine, tad bit of caramel attached to a very leesy finish. Great extraction and texture, savory/herbal mid palate contrast and + acid. Ripper with a gentle side.

Clear and pale. A lot of laurel, lemon and thyme on the nose. Bright, succulent, large mouthfeel that lingers on tart apricot, honeydew and pectin. Hints of smoke and lemon curd. More of the notes come from the aftertaste than when on the palate.
