We all know what Sancerre tastes like but this one just happens to be better than most. 🙂

Like buttered popcorn with lots of salt and almost no fruit, perhaps a hint of Peary funk. Don't know how I feel about this, so I'll have to keep trying it!

Oh my. Lemon tea with a lot of minerality. Fat and juicy linger. Great.
