Lovely Red fruit. Tasted a bit beyond prime.

This wine was quite closed straight from the bottle. It took an hour and forty minutes for it to really start showing its complexity and fruit. Plenty of terroir. This wine is still young.

When we look back and wonder how we got so into burgundy, this bottle will be the genesis

Very dark for a Pinot. 13% alc. Licorice and dried prunes on the nose. Dark forest berries in the glass and a good amount of tannins left. A big wine! This will be good for another 3-4 years. A little rough but very enjoyable wine well done. 👏
