Nose is dominated by sea salt ocean breeze. Light flinty minerality bordering bitter lemon peel. Faint juniper like I was about to make a gin martini. Cloying lemon twist to front palate with a little residual. Still feeling like a smooth martini with less of a bite. Soft acidity, bitter lemon on the finish. Would love to see this matched with some food.

Yellow white in color. Floral note in nose. Lemon, orange pith, orange flower and slight stone fruit notes in mouth. Crisp, light, slight seed bitterness, slight astringency at front of tongue in finish. Good summer refreshment
