2019 vintage. Has lost some of the overt “biggie” youthfulness and sliding towards a more Burgundian body/mouthfeel. Nose and entry palate still abundant. Transitioning but still worthy and fantastic. 5.5.23.

What a great wine. Game, dark bramble fruit, earth, but some light flowers and herbs in the background. It’s brawny but just a touch of sensitivity that makes it so gosh darn good.
