Founded in 1825, Bourgognes Faiveley has been handed down from father to son for over 175 years, now sixth generation takes the reins. Pale lemon with aromas of stone fruits and floral spice. On the palate flavors of pear and fresh crisp apple with slight oak and honeysuckle notes. Long finish ending with fruit and mineral character. Very nice.

2009 - what a surprise a great vintage for white Burgundy at a LV Big House Casino Restaurant! Was not expecting brilliant. Lemon zest on cream brûlée. Lengthy - really cracking for the wine list price!

Not a big chard fan. This one is nice. Nose of light blue cheese and elderberry flower. Hint of honeysuckle. Not super buttery on the palette (thank you). Bitter melon. Finishes with no noticeable oak. I like!! Paired with fondue and used it in the fondue recipe. FUN
