Sweet spice and oak up front, stewed strawberry and cherry. Despite lower acid than expected this is built for the long haul

Juicy red fruits, herbs, floral lift and sexy tannin. Length is superb. Goes on. 2010. Super fine.

2002, this 13 year old 1er cru is still remarkably young and delicious. This Saint George is just a pure pleasure, deep ruby with a touch of orange, nose is complex and multi laired with mushrooms, mineral, leather and wet soil at one level, the other level is full of black cherries, with a touch of spice and mint. Full body, round elegant, with solid tannins and excellent acidity, I would have never guessed the age as it still tastes young. Long delicious finish. My score 92, drink to 2023

Sour cherry; tart, lean and austere. Needs at least another 10 years before opening.

Med + acids with matching tannin. Rather simple Black and red fruits, oak spice. Short finish.
