Nose has slightly stinky barnyard cherry, mashed tart cherry, red currant, wet oak and earthy blackberry.

Palate has black cherry mash, black currant juice, light tannins, yet some decent density to the wine.

Any future bottles should be 2024+ without concern, this bottle is holding strong, young. Delicious bottle paired with locally raised pork chops on the grill this evening.

Erwan Faiveley has changed the fame in this domaine. Wines less austere and extracted, more polished tanins and an overall experience that is more towards balance and elegance. This Vosne is showing up really well now but has potential for several more years in the cellar. Highly recommended !

Been 3 years since I first tried a bottle of this. An impressive 3 years of development. The sharp corners and pointed acidity and leanness have given way to juicy bright red berries, mulberry, forest floor with a floral softness. Many years ahead for this but so fun checking in on it.

Bottled in 2008 into hand blown bottle this was one of those once in a lifetime wines. Opened and drank over the course of 30 mins. The wine changed every 5 mins. Subtle notes of strawberry still there. Wow!
