Very rich full nose, but with fine sancerre minerality... We drank it with full fish dishes (octopus/cucumber, eel/ricotta) and it worked perfectly

Slightly oxidized, generous taste of autumn apple. Late harvested and completely atypical but absolutely wonderful. Served with baked, pickled and dried onion, roasted almond potato creme, shallots, onion broth and bone marrow.
