Vintage 2017 | A Trouvaille from @Martijn that I enjoyed every minute. Beautiful fruit in taste, while minerals in smell makes me smile. Paired with Liege Salad, eating in the garden with hot summer weather.

Vintage 2017 | impression of old gold in colour, barnyard, refined taste with beautiful acidity and minerality. Gastronomic wine.

At Rijs Amsterdam recommended for fourth course of white asparagus. Beautiful! A more complex Rose that gets under your skin without you noticing until you think hey what’s that? Do soft in texture but shows complexity and it lingers. Paired perfectly. Yum! A surprise and a great discovery.

Transcending your everyday rose with great complexity and finesse. Very soft fruits, flowers, orange citrus, a hint of woodpice (?) and a long minerally driven finish. 🤩 . As Peter said: a very gastronomic wine, combined with grilled miso spitscabbage and Asian mackerel.

I believe I mentioned it before but this is such a great wine. This is like a good glass of Meursault. Full bodied and rich. Pairing so nice with ham, salcicio or figues.
Last year I had the chance to drink a 2005 and that was sublime. Here is fruit, wood, acidity coming afterwards.

This is really great stuff. I mean buttery fat rose wine. Or great white burgundy with some more fresh red fruit. This wine has it all. Even a great PQR!

Simply spectaculair rosé wine. Somebody called it white wine with a color and that it was. Great Burgundy rosé. I had the 2017 before which was fresh but this was like any good Burgundy white.
