McCarthy & Schiering, $18
Astringent red fruit nose, cherry forward, slightly dry, high acid, some nice tannins. Finish has like a black cherry slight sweetness and earthiness. I liked this fine, but for the price I didn't enjoy it as much as other Gamays, just too acidic for me.

Bar and garden. Carbonic maceration. Really nice red, light on the tongue but great body per Andre. Yum.
