Slightly muted nose with accents of decaying rose petal, tart red fruits, wirh cherry stem and ginger indicative of whole bunch use here. Sappy tannins. Decent length. Good village wine for sure.

Beautiful expression of fruit, there is a juvenile aspect to it for sure, but loving how approachable/aromatic/high toned it is, great stuff.

Wonderful terroir, very primary , but a treat to drink, some power and many years left, approachable now, had it last year, needed 2 hours decant, this time pop and pour.

At pouring, blueish violet, grape color, then in the glass, transparent apricot color. Appearance is so amazing. Aroma has both characteristics, Chambolle Musigny's forest like and Chambertin's red berry, after a few minutes, both are mixed up. Still acidic and spicy, but robust and deep. 15 minutes, volumed calm aroma is coming out continuously. Mid + range of taste strengthen would meet various food. 30 minutes, much calm, amazingly good balance among acidity, spicy, fruity. Berry, plum etc. So fresh fruity, 1 hour! @3800, Datong - XH, 181011-181013

Let it breathe for about an hour and it set the bar high for the night. Definitely tight and bends some time, but a beautiful expression of a classic producer.
