The result of whole berry fermentation after 22 years. All the sharpness of skins and seeds has turned to richness and depth. The complete essence of the grape. Wish I had bought so much more. Can’t wait to try the Clos St. Denis.

1996 Domaine Dujac Clos de la Roche burgundy. Drank at lunch w M and RR at Il Piccolino. Awesome. K thought it drank awesome and loved it. Thought it was good we decanted for a while before we drank. Awesome.
