Terre de Marne Arbois Chardonnay

Aromas of hay, mineral, saline, tart apple.
Same on palate with a good dose of bitter almond, savory herbs, green plum. High acidity and some tannin present.
Maybe the most interesting Chardonnay I've had in a long time (or ever!)
