Grevilllière Arbois Trousseau

Just missing a touch to elevate it to great. Still solid. Fruity without being sweet at all—has a moderate zing. Cherry more than berry. Some earthiness. Like an almost-great Pinot.

We should all drink more Trousseau...

Super light color and body, sharp, acidic and tannic.. classic in a way ... great summer sipping with bbq
