Palate of lemon candy, honey, vanilla, with mild citric acidity and that saline minerality.
We had this with some delicious spicy Indian influenced clams (thanks Scott!). The richness of the wine was a great foil to the dish. Yum.

We had the 2019 Vintage on 6/2/22/25. Medium gold color. Scents and tastes of apricot, pear, vanilla and honeysuckle. A full bodied white wine. Long finish. Different from a Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Very good
