Palate of lemon candy, honey, vanilla, with mild citric acidity and that saline minerality.

We had this with some delicious spicy Indian influenced clams (thanks Scott!). The richness of the wine was a great foil to the dish. Yum.

Absolutely singing at 10 yrs. Beautiful weight. Age coming thru with beeswax and acacia with plenty of acidity to back it up.
