Always so brilliant. Custard, honey, spice, yellow florals and a deep background of granitic minerality. So so complex. A hit of dried honey. Palate is so elegant. Like, wow levels of elegance. Concentrated and juicy, with a beautiful core of apricot fruit and lovely vanilla extract and honeysuckle. Stunning purity and depth. Stunning minerality. Wow. Let’s see what air does? Maybe my score goes higher.

Stunning at this stage. Honeyed, a bit of reduction, dense palate & fabulous texture. Honeydew melon, minerals, just so easy to love. No flab. These n rhone whites can be so over-egged; Stephane’s wines are clean, enticing, and evocative. Lovely work @Lyle Fass Fass Selections Rhone portfolio.
