Bing cherries & black tea. Loads of tannin and plenty of power. Fresh acidity is present, but takes some air to emerge. Good stuff.

What a fantastic wine. Lots of structure for an older vintage. Hints of floral, sweetness, and a whisper of sweetness. Lovely.

Very French. Somewhat subdued fruit, a little bit of cigar box, nicely balanced. We
like it by itself and a steak is on it's way. That'll be a yummy combo.
