Cuvée des Ambassades Côte de Brouilly Gamay

Super classic, lean, red fruit nose, a little reticent, with air gives more, it not super complex. Drinking well now. Good with salmon fried rice.

Astounding strawberry jam aromas. This may be the tastiest vintage if this I've had in some time. Paired with a tofu and very stir fry.

Disappointing? Had much sulfur/brett to blow off upon entry. Felt a tad tired. Perhaps improperly stored.. 2011

A solid choice for beef stew with shiitake mushrooms. Seems a bit dried out and firmly textured.

Delivered every bit of early summer strawberry.

One of my favorites from Brouilly. Bright, great acid.

Stately cru beau-mayb just because I read French Embassy serves it but elegant & brambly no matter how u slice it

Mildly corked, which blooms with a few days of air. Firm and sharp. Judgment suspended.

Still fresh And bright. Firm tannin.
