Dense peach, orange blossom, marmalade and mineral nose. Palate is round and peachy, nice dash of spice, quite mineral..but a bit fat and lacking acidity. Decent but wish it were fresher. 2012 vintage.

2022 vintage. @ Mister A’s Restaurant, San Diego-Les Caves de St. Charles CDP dinner. 100% Roussanne-driven. Initial mineral indication of interest, broad mid-palate transition, yang-styled, white grape “fat” on the judiciously-honeyed finish. Wowzers. Grab you some if you can find it. 95 cases produced. Good luck with that. 11.16.23.

Nov 17th, 2023What a beautiful white wine. Aromatic and expressive in the nose with such a supple mouthfeel. Marcona almonds and apricot preserves on the palate. A treat!

Minerality on the nose and deeply in the flavor. A chalky finish. Very dry. Medium body for a white. Nice acidity that makes it pop. Some lighter fruit flavors in the background.
