Drinking lean and pretty today. Not as complex as the last bottle but direct and pure pleasure. Very honeyed, pear and spice with hints of minerality. Yum yum yum yum yum.

Lacking a little acid on the finish, but I always enjoy Dom. du Closel. Wanted pickled okra with this.

Love this amazing value Chenin Blanc. Crisp and full of flavor: green apple, lime zest, white flowers. Generous fruit but balanced with the bright acidity. I didn't want to share.
