2010 vintage. A nice surprise from this organic producer, totally unknown to me. Bright golden colour. Attractive nose with pineapple, honey, and flowers. Round mouthfeel, good acidity, and almondy length. Very much alive at 13 years old.

This was all cat-pee on night one, such I put it under a vacuum closure and popped it 2 nights later. Much better. Still aggressively herbal, but now it veers into crushed rock, not feline urine, territory. Good acids and intense minerality in the mouth, with a bit of lemon-lime fruit. Not bad if you give it time.

Ooooh I want to dance with this wine. It is nimble and graceful and yet structured enough to make you feel like it is a partner that will not drop you which is important if you are either going to a) attempt a lift or b) drink. Full of minerals and stone fruit with a lover’s bite of acid. It keeps you on your toes.

Peach with young kiwi feels little overblown. I see this as something that would resemble my first attempt at making wine

On a day made shitty by a completely unprofessional announcement by the FBI director, I wanted to pop a wine that would make me happy. This one does. Zesty, lemony, chalky, yes, "flinty" nose. Super fresh and zesty, with great lemony gooseberry fruit, and just a hint of grassiness. Great acids and very nice depth.

Simple acidic, peach, grapefruit, bit of green pepper, bit of salt. Ok with food. Prefer not to drink alone.
