Pretty good. A Chardonnay through and through. A little tropical but nicely balanced and attractive acidity.

Oct 26th, 2019Macon Chardonnay, not Gamay, which is what Delectable called it. Typical Macon Chardonnay: Tart apple, pear, Myer’s lemon, etc.
Little more implied then a typical Macon Chard. More mineralogy and what tasted like some oak aging.

Lemon curd, white peach (think the slightly under ripe variety), crisp, slightly chalky finish. Well balanced, good example of Macon Chardonnay, and a good value too.

Sitting on a flight with a 3 hour delay. Not sure if it's the wine or the delay but I'm really enjoying this flavorful wine. Very refreshing
