2017 vintage. Made from 70 years old Cinsault vines in the Bekaa Valley. Fermented in concrete tanks using wild yeasts. Very attractive floral nose. Bright red fruit and subtle spices. Refreshing acidity makes the alcohol (14 % abv) go unnoticed. Uncomplicated and delightful, highly recommended.
