Moulin-à-Vent Gamay

2009. Pure, ripe, rich, dark fruits. Brooding minerality. Love it. Brun killed in 09. Very very fresh.

2009. Amazing with a pancetta wrapped pork loin from The Fatted Calf.

Flowers, potpourri, lavender, lilacs, and raspberry. There’s still a tannic structure just not letting go and lots of acidity. I’m not so sure the flavor profile will change much. A bit of earth and mushroom come through with red fruit and similar flowers. It’s good. It’s ready.

Wow. Still so grippy. Some heat fo sho Dark cherry. Flawed but fun. 09 ... whatevs.

tannic, big and brooding, but lots of fruit. Bury it for another decade.

Sort of interesting fruit mixed rubber.

My oh my that nose was sensational. Great color, texture, and presence.

Delicate, very floral.
