Unique blend rose. Great balance though for a 2016. Nice watermelon rind and soft palette. Indistinct mineral quality on finish. Pebbles? Fun new wine. Great with chicken street tacos

2014 vintage. Nice rosé. Not my favorite. The nose isn't really that appealing and the flavor lacks some of the depth that I hope for in a robust rosé from the Languedoc.
