Nicely aromatic with juicy fresh, crunchy red fruit, a touch of blueberry, with a hint of tobacco leaf, some green pepper and a nice mineral, earthy backdrop.
There’s a bit of good quality black leaf tea. Quite bright and so fresh.
On the palate this is cool, quite light with amazing juicy freshness. The tannins are so fine, silky, yet with proper grip. So juicy, so fresh yet with loads of savoury character. Very Burgundian yet with a darker touch. Love it!
