Holy hell. Acidity off the charts, lemon, green apple, spring meadow, sea salt, marzipan. This could age forever on its acidity but absolutely irresistible now. I killed half the bottle without even thinking about it while cooking.

God this is goose. Wide open. Layered nose of grilled nuts and almost a Rieslingesque minerality. So deep and airy. Ridiculous power and concentration yet light as a feather. Complex and so juicy. Seems so easy to drink but is deceptively complex.

Day 2 update --- even crazier nose on day 2. Candied lemons, hay, menthol breeze and so much more. Palate is immensely concentrated with laser like precision. There is a gentle hugeness to this wine and the balance is extraordinary. The intense kaleidoscope of minerality on the finish is a treat. Stunning wine.
