Funky on the nose with hay and animal notes. A backbone of mint, wild violets and spiced black cherry. Great structure.

Awesome bistro wine

2012 vintage. This may be my wine of the year. It was so delicious, I almost can't decipher the flavor profile. Ethereal, weighty, lean, rich, fleshy; amazing. Darkly colored but limpid and vibrant. Luscious, mouth watering and quite long, but not particularly tannic or too weighty.
