Jun 5th, 2022Vintage 1984 | Deep ocher yellow, reminds me of the light of Rembrandt. Marsepan, impression of apricot. Extremely well balanced ánd vivid. Almond pit bitters in taste. Much character in this Chenin Blanc.

Mar 28th, 2022Vintage 1984 | Yellow gold colour. Slightly oxy in smell with dominant flint, minerals, when I close my eyes it seems I am entering a tuffeau cellar. Drinkable, merely curiosity Chenin Blanc. Day 1 No ranking. With Indian Vadouvan Biscuits. Day 2 Amazing transformation with a beautiful Bonnezeaux character. So: needs a whole lot aeration! With Asian take away.

2002 Domaine des Petits Quarts Bonnezeaux, gorgeously balanced w delicious notes of baked apple, raw honeycomb & bits of ripe peach/pineapple. Sooo good!
