Heck of a lot better than the other recently drunk bottle of 2007 from Perrachon. Pale, bright ruby. Classic crunchy red fruit, fresh currant, pencil lead/graphite/mineral element of some Beaujolais. Surprisingly fresh and lively. Firming on the finish. Will try out with a mid-winter pasta 'primavera'.

Great lighter bodied, warm weather red. Bright acidity and juicy red fruit with nice dry finish. Fresh hay and minerality on the nose. I drank it with a slight chill on a hot evening and it was lovely!
