Had the 2010 at a Turkish/Mediterranean restaurant and it was truly a great pairing with those complex, multilayered spices. The bold oxidation really cuts through and compliments dishes like lamb kofte sliders, parsnip fritters, fried olives.... Yum! Definitely something to drink with a meal like this.

Very Rich with strong notes of dried apricots and honey. Very concentrated. Still has a nice acidity, paired nicely with some of the Turkish food at Sarma
