Something very special. Full bodied and oily with nice acidity. Not typical Pouilly Fume, but very very nice and extraordinary.

What a pleasant surprise! I'm embarrassed to admit that I had forgotten we had this bottle. We won it as part of an auction. I wish we had this for our Sauvy B wine class a few weeks back. Oh well. Loved it!
