Bright and crisp Sancerre with substantial mouth feel and backbone - lovely white to start the dinner party off with. Would def buy from the wine shop ❤️

Paired with sea scallops, lobster, and shrimp with sautéed Asian vegetables in a red coconut curry with marinated baby bok choy and served over soba noodles

Crisp, lemon zest, grassy with lots of minerality.

Crushable

2016 vintage. Maybe it was the bottle but very acidic and a bit oxidized.

An excellent, refreshing way to start my time in Chatham. Crisp and light with pear and sweet apple.
