Needs a couple hours to open up. Softer and lighter than most Cab Francs with nice red fruit. (raspberry, cherry, etc).

Surprisingly elegant for a Cab Franc. (Unsurprisingly delicious.) Rustic fruit and spice give way to more definition when decanted: cherries, blueberries, raspberries, and baking spice are flowed by gamey meat and some brett.

Rustic for sure but after 1-2 hrs in glass it is very balanced with blackberries and cherries. Goes super well with smothered chicken with roast veggies.
