Baking spices, pure fruit tones, brightness, amazing finish. Apricots, ripe apples and pears, spring blossoms. Complex in every way. Wow.

Regal, beguiling, yet not overdone. Deep gold color, beautiful honey, spice, praline, yellow apples, ginger notes, not overly sweet, medium acidity, intense, long finish. Yum!

Very interesting. On the nose nectar, honeysuckle, baking spice, baked apple and cider. Palate is complex with pineapple, cider, nuttiness, spices, pralines. Acidity comes in to keep it fresh, and the finish sails on.

In 750. Friendly with cheese and citrus pie. 🥧
