Dark amber in color. Apricot, apple, and honey on the nose. Rich palate of apricot and clover honey with a backbone of medium acidity running through. In a typical place for a CdL of this age. Very good and satisfying, but nothing out of the ordinary.

That age has certainly paid off. Silky sweetness, heaps of bot and floral characters on the nose, apples and peaches in the palate with a burnt bitter mid, mineral, robust acidic backbone. It's no wonder it was paired with Brae's iconic parsnip and apple dessert.

Still has a big potential.. A perfect balance of sweetness and acidity, ultimately pleasant !
