Vintage 2018 | textbook Cabernet Franc, light colour, with - my opinion 🤨 - frivolous smell, bell pepper in positive sense, minerals. Taste with interesting balance between acidity and some candy impression. Love it for a weekdays wine. Anjou could be ultimately stubborn a generation ago, in the hands of a talented winegrower cabfranc can give lots of joy and even become magic. | paired with mixed vegatables and venison ( I am happy)

Hopefully this will open up after time. This is light bodied and I really like a more full bodied wine. My brother gave this to me, he loves his French wine!
