Pretty intense aromas of bruised apple, honey and white/yellow florals. A bit Riesling-like, or Loire Chenin without the texture. Body is two-faced, both lean and low-alcohol, but simultaneously somewhat oily. Tart, round sine-wave acidity. I can respect what’s going on here but it’s not entirely working for me.

Stunner. Like a cross between Riesling and Chenin Blanc. Beautiful aromas of lemon, ripe peach, and kiwi with fresh herbs. Delicate but powerful on the palate with searing, gripping acidity, flavors that are just turned up to 11, and a finish that won’t quit.

Those alpine grapes. Clean, crystalline & fresh. So much tension & textural detail with a gorgeous & haunting honeyed lemon on the back end. Ridiculously easy to drink & goes down dangerously fast. Savioe wines are amazing.
