Lighter, lean, angular, mineral. Missing some of the density and was a bit muted. Maybe a touch of volatility hiding in sulfur. Enjoyable nonetheless. Maybe this is just young and tight, but as I drink more 2016’s it seems as though it was a tough year for many top domaines.

Sulfur reduction, which blew off, transforming this lovely, clean, round and polished blend into something quite extraordinary. Plenty of fat and weight, but not without acidity and tension. This will age well. Lots of wine here
