100% Sauvignon Blanc out the calcareous soils in the Sancerre appellation by the upper Loire river area. Hand-harvesting and steely all the way. Mineral driven, lively acidity, very citrusy but not overwhelming. Pairs amazing with shellfish dishes. Very vibrant!
