Crisp and acidic with refreshing melon notes, minerality, and a touch of almond.

Crisp lemon and slate over yellow apple and melon.

Mineral, lemon, floral notes, and grapefruit.

Mineral, grapefruit, green apple, and white peach over melon. Clear crisp acidity over fruit.

Subdued funk on the nose. Granny Smith apple. Tastes of peach, acidic and boozy finish. Quite nice and simple.
