The rocky mourvèdre in the fore, its heft and edge a touch oxidized and then the floral lift comes- I've caught it at an awkward stage I think. Earlier or with more spicy evolution- certainly enough backbone to see what develops.

This is the ticket. Brilliant pale copper color, with faint aromas of damp earth and flowers. In the mouth it is complex and subtle, with all the acid to make it refreshing 12 months a year. .
