Rustic. I believe this “red blend” may in fact be 100% Pinot Noir. May have some Poulsard - hard to say. Reduction blows off after a few minutes. Slightly prickly, tart raspberry and cranberry with a strong herbal character - sage? Thyme? Good savory qualities and long finish - made for food.

Nice herbal cherry notes with a hint of leather. This is a great Jura wine. Decent value, too — $50.
