Everything I want out of a CDR

This is a very mid Cote du Rhone and I regret using my coravin on it. Bitter up front, the black fruits hiding in the back. I suppose some people might say this is florality, but it tastes like grass to me.

Nice restrained fruit and really toasty oak. Almost graham crackeresque
